Unwanted Items
I want you to be delighted with your goodies. However, if you change your mind that’s ok! I offer a no quibble refund policy on any unworn/unused items returned in their original condition within 14 days of receipt of your order. All you need to do is post the item(s) back to me along with the invoice (or note of name/address/invoice number) and I will refund you within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Please also drop me an email at Christina@jackdawjewellery.co.uk so I know to expect the parcel. I’m afraid this policy does not extend to earrings for hygiene reasons or bespoke/custom pieces. You are responsible to cover the delivery costs of returning the item to me. As such I recommend that all returned items are sent by recorded delivery for insurance and tracking purposes.

All refunds will be made using the original payment method.

Faulty Items:
I make all of our jewellery by hand and check every piece carefully. However, if a fault does arise, I want to put it right. If I can’t replace the item I will offer you an exchange, credit note or refund.

Just send the faulty item back to me using a tracked service and I’ll be happy to refund your postage costs. Please wrap the item carefully to avoid any further damage and don’t forget to include a note with your contact details and order number. I recommend you send your item using a tracked service.

If more than 3 months has passed since you purchased your item, I’ll need some more information from you, so please Contact Me first here before sending anything back.

Help my jewellery has broken?
Oh no! Don’t worry, I might be able to fix it. Follow these 3 easy steps to find out if I can repair your jewellery.

1. Email me at Christina@jackdawjewellery.co.uk attaching a clear photo of your broken jewellery.

2. Include in your email the date it was purchased, along with your order number.

3. Please also include a clear description of how your jewellery has broken.

Once I’ve received your email, I’ll review all of the information and get back to within 2 working days to let you know if I can repair it.

If repairing the jewellery is possible, I’ll ask you to package it up carefully, including a note with your contact details, order number and the repair needed.  I recommend you send your item using a tracked service to:

When your jewellery arrives I’ll get in touch to take any repair payment. I will then work to repair your jewellery. Please allow up to 15 working days for your repair.
